
Hey, thanks for dropping by my little workshop. This is where I stash a few favourite ads and articles… coincidentally, all written by me.

Unconventional Background, Unique Ideas (Short version!)
Early entrepreneurial ventures in the music and energy industries granted me more time to focus on writing and creativity. Seizing upon a Chinglish-polisher’s desk at Bates Hong Kong, I ultimately clattered keyboards at OgilvyOne, Wunderman and JWT/rmg in HK and Toronto — where I now head up my own little practice. Well, we don’t always need Mad Men around, do we?

And what makes ME so special?
1. A rare fusion of creative, technical and business experience (MBA, Ivey — IT major, Ad minor)
2. Versatility in Voice, Industry and Client across all media, with a special zeal for online/interactive work and integrated projects (see categories at right)
3. Exceptional GMAT results — high in both analytical and creative thinking (left/right brain)
4. Lived in inner-China as a volunteer university business lecturer (enjoy helping/mentoring)
5. Former volunteer firefighter, once lightly toasted in a spectacular methane fireball (I’ve always had a weakness for adventure)

I didn’t do the work below, I’m just putting it here for my grandfather, a D-Day Vet and RAF Mechanic. He’d do almost anything for anyone — a rare and kind gent of the highest order. Passed away just days before Christmas, 2008.
